 Made by Capital wines the Kyeema 09 Shiraz has that  dominant white pepper character associated with the region. A spicy raspberry, red current twang awakens the senses. Vibrant mouth drying acidity is the last thing that enters your mind as you swallow!!!!!! A rich viscosity and engaging rims of colour lure your mind in for another look. Would love to see the 09 in about 4 years to see if the acid and pepper are more primal and less actual.
